We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

📋 How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@urbannaari.shop with your order number and reason for return
  • Receive Confirmation: We'll review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours
  • Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return confirmation
  • Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Swimwear and beachwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with missing tags, labels, or original packaging
  • Gift cards and vouchers

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the following timelines:

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Amount

Refund will be processed for the product value only. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please:

  • Initiate a return for the original item
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • Your refund will be processed separately once we receive the returned item

This ensures faster processing and a smoother experience for you.

âš ī¸ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately:

  • Report within 48 hours: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect
  • Full refund or replacement: We'll arrange for a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement
  • No deductions: You won't be charged for return shipping in case of our error
  • Priority processing: Refunds for defective items are processed on priority (within 3-5 business days)

❌ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Full refund will be processed if you cancel before the order is dispatched
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item after delivery
  • COD Orders: You may refuse delivery for a Cash on Delivery order, but please contact us beforehand
